No s\u00e9 si totes s\u00f3n encertades i si algun metge \u2013o alg\u00fa que en sab\u00e9s m\u00e9s- hi tindria alguna cosa a dir. Per\u00f2 em semblen coses de sentit com\u00fa i crec que no poden fer mal a ning\u00fa. Al contrari: m\u00e9s aviat em sembla que poden millorar la nostra salut.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">S\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1. <strong>No esmorzar<\/strong>    <br \/>La gent que no esmorza t\u00e9 baix nivell de sucre a la sang. Aix\u00f2 genera insuficient subministrament de nutrients al cervell causant la seva degeneraci\u00f3 gradual.    <br \/>2 . <strong>Menjar de m\u00e9s     <br \/><\/strong>Aix\u00f2 causa l&#8217;enduriment de les art\u00e8ries del cervell, causant m\u00e9s baixa capacitat mental.    <br \/>3. <strong>Fumar     <br \/><\/strong>Causa un munt de malalties ja prou conegudes.    <br \/>4. <strong>Consumir altes quantitats de sucres<\/strong>    <br \/>L&#8217;alt consum de sucre interromp l&#8217;absorci\u00f3 de prote\u00efnes i nutrients causant malnutrici\u00f3 i pot interferir en el desenvolupament del cervell.    <br \/>5. <strong>Respirar aire contaminat<\/strong>    <br \/>El cervell \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00f2rgan del nostre cos que consumeix m\u00e9s oxigen. Inhalar aire contaminat disminueix la seva oxigenaci\u00f3 generant una disminuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia cerebral.    <br \/>6. <strong>Dormir poc     <br \/><\/strong>El dormir permet al cervell descansar. La manca de son durant per\u00edodes perllongats accelera la p\u00e8rdua de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del cervell.    <br \/>7. <strong>Dormir amb el cap tapat<\/strong>    <br \/>Dormir amb el cap cobert augmenta la concentraci\u00f3 de di\u00f2xid de carboni i disminueix l&#8217;oxigen causant efectes adversos al nostre cervell.    <br \/>8. <strong>Fer treballar al cervell quan estem malalts<\/strong>    <br \/>Treballar i estudiar quan est\u00e0s malalt, a m\u00e9s de la dificultat del cervell per respondre en aquest estat, el danya.    <br \/>9. <strong>Falta d&#8217;estimulaci\u00f3     <br \/><\/strong>Pensar \u00e9s la millor manera d&#8217;estimular el nostre cervell.
