Answer dictator

These days I go around the head of the horrific news coming from Libya and my mind inevitably relates to other dictators I lived closer or farther along in my life. Luckily, I have not lived such terrible things like this and I just lived the dregs of the Uruguayan dictatorship years I was there. But the worst was over and some had gone out of prison and told us his story of bars, fear and torture. Some others were still a good number of years ...

Dictators can only be expected that you already know are around. Copying each other dictatorial methods and all they do is go refined. the perfection of evil and cruelty, unfortunately, were always sophisticated.

Threats, coercion, imprisonment, extortions, the confinement, the house searches, fear, closures of newspapers and broadcasters, kidnappings, torture and many other similar things are still on the agenda and always remain the same in countries where there is dictatorship. And countries like the U.S., which boast of being democratic, there were great masters of that. They had their own military schools where they taught these methods and specialist teachers exported to Latin American countries. In these schools are attended military police and other countries to learn these sad refinements of torture, but that does not so much have seen in Iraq, for example.

It seems that these things should be running and that humanity should leave behind these atrocities. But it is not so, as is. All these sophisticated methods are still used, however, a line that usually careful not to exceed: this line is the indiscriminate attack against civilians with bombings or killings because s'ultrapassa when you can no longer get back . It is usually a sign of weakness and is the beginning of the end because it is the key moment when the population goes out there and plays all out. "On Lost, the river," they say in Spanish. And it's true. Once you have taken all, when you no longer have nothing left, or flee or go out unrated risks.

Take more or less, but Gaddafi has already lost. Dared to go there, and now there is no turning back. His people will not forgive. Is not bad that some Western countries helped these people massacred, do not you think?
